RELOVE FASHION COMPETITION
Congratulations to Beatrice Fortuna, Transition Year, who was the overall winner of the Relove Fashion Design Competition.
JUNIOR 1 HOCKEY
The Junior 1 Hockey team's season concluded with two finals; namely the Leinster League and the Loreto Final.
St. Raphaela's were the opponents in the Leinster Final which saw Loreto Bray narrowly edged 1-0 in a close match.
Loreto Beaufort were the opponents in the Loreto League Final played between two excellent teams. It proved another close match and Beaufort won on a 1-0 scoreline.
LOURDES
Five of our 5th Year students, Orlaith Brady, Emily Ryan, Ali Knight, Olivia Best and Ciara Tucker, will travel to Lourdes in September as part of the Dublin Diocesan Pilgrimage.
SISTER ACT
The Loreto and Pres Bray Transition Year Musical, 'Sister Act' took to the stage for six sensational shows in early March.
Well done to all involved; to those on stage, backstage, hair, make-up, lighting, music, promotion, front of house, organising committee and especially to our wonderful director, Ms. Siobhan Gallagher and choreographer, Yvonne Prendergast.
JUNK KOUTURE
Well done to Megan Tuckett, Transition Year, who represented Loreto Bray at the Regional Finals of Junk Kouture with her design ‘King of the Seas’ at the Helix Theatre in DCU.
MODEL EUROPEAN COUNCIL
Well done to Transition Years Ella Huang, Kayna Kennedy and Aisling Keane who represented Loreto Bray and Belgium in the Model European Council in Dublin Castle.
This was a wonderful achievement to be amongst 27 schools who were chosen to compete and Ella, Kayna and Aisling were wonderful ambassadors for our school and are pictured with the Belgian Ambassador to Ireland, Karen van Vlierberge.
