There were Loreto schools from all over Ireland, including Loreto Clonmel, Letterkenny and Balbriggan to name a few. When we arrived we were given jobs that we would do for the day; these jobs were timing the races, helping out with organising the lane numbers and finding the swimmers for them to compete in the race. There we many heats and the FINALS were later on in the day. The day finished with the presentation of medals for First, Second, Third places and awards for the best school.
