The theme of Active Week is INCREASE YOUR NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) 

NEAT are non-exercise activities. NEAT is the energy expended from anything than it is not eating, sleeping or sports-like. It refers to any movement that is not an intended workout. The aim of the week is to increase your daily activity levels, and become more aware of the importance of being active in their daily lives.
